So Today's smashing Cool Recipe to bet the Summers and give your skin a feel fresh look..you need.....

  • a fresh juicy Karbooja
  • 5 tea spoons sugar
  • Ice Cubes

  1. Peel and dice the Kharbooja in cubes
  2. Add sugar
  3. Add Ice cubes and Refrigerate for 2-3 hrs
Enjoy the cool Kharbooja Pana after your lunch.

Badam kesar Kulfi

This Summer you can serve a cool desert your your family with Badam Kesar kulfi.

Ingredients:
  • Milk 1L
  • Almonds (Badam) 12-15 Powdered
  • Sugar 200 gms
  • Saffron (Kesar) 5-6 strings
Method:

  • Boil the milk and stir it continously till it is reduced to half
  • Add saffron, almonds
  • Cook for 5 minutes
  • Add sugar
  • Keep on simmer for 5 miutes
  • Let it cool down
  • Fill it in Kulfi moulds and keep in freezer
Serve with sprinkling Almond Flakes.

Cool Sweet n Salty Fresh Fruits Raita

Try this fresh fruits raita for the scorching summers.

Fresh strawberries 4-5 Diced
1 Banana sliced
Pomegranate seeds
Pine apple cubes
Grapes
Water melon cubes
Fresh Yoghurt
Pich of salt
Dry Roasted and powdered jeera powder
Sugar 2 tea spoons



Just Beat the fresh yoghurt and add sugar

Mix it well

Add all fruits, salt and jeera powder

Serve cool


This recipe of fresh fruits raita is going to refresh you  and make your lunch more healthy.

Simple Yummy Chola/Puri Recipe for Sunday Morning

Yesterday I had a blast with yummy Chola /Puri along with Green Chutney, which I would like to share with you,try it and get  rewarding points from from friends and Family.

It's not a recipe with big preperations, all you need are spices/vegs that are readily available in your kitchen.

So let's start with the Ingreients, all you require is......

  • 2 bowls of Chole (Chick Peas),small in size, soaked overnight.
  • 2 big onions chopped.
  • 4-5 tomatoes chopped
  • Ginger-garlic paste
  • Turmeric  1 tea spoon
  • Salt as per taste
  • Dal chini 1-2
  • Tej patta (Bay Leaf) 1
  • Cumin Seeds
  • 4 Cloves
  • 5 black Pepper
  • Doda (big ilaichi)
  • Dhaniya Powder
  • 4Green Chillies.(Slit)
  • Red Chiily Powder
  • Chana Masala
  • Green Corriender
Method

  • Boil the Chole with haldi and salt.
  • In a Pan (Iron Wok),put some mustard oil,bring it to smoking point
  • Add cumin seeds,tejpatta,4 Cloves,5 black Pepper, dal chini, doda,let them crackle.
  • Add Ginger Garlic Paste,till it is golden.
  • Now add chopped onions and stir till they are golden.
  • Add tomatoes,Slit 4Green Chillies.
  • When it starts leaving the oil aside ,add dry spices mentioned above.
  • After 1 minute add boiled chole.Put on simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  • Sprinkle green fresh Corriender.
Chutney Recipe.

Simple Chutney to add taste to chola poori, just blend 5-6 chillies with boiled and cooled mustard oil and salt.If possible use Sil Patta or Kharal (stone crusher).


Serve Hot with Poori/Paranthas.
